Estimating Department
In order to bid projects accurately, Randy Robison compares the industry needs with the qualifications and abilities of Champion Electric Inc. He coordinates the preparation of detailed conceptual estimates on large and complex projects as required by the customer’s documents. He also forecasts project costs and calculates the complete conceptual, total-bid price.
Randy expertly reviews and approves all final estimate packages completed by his staff in order to ensure accuracy prior to submitting the formal bid.
Randy is also experienced in developing successful strategies and techniques that save time and costs during the bid process. He provides technical help in negotiating contracts, change orders, and subcontractor pricing.
