Human Resources Department

Jill Rowden has more than 10 years of financial management and human resources experience. As Controller and Human Resources Director at Champion Electric Inc., she creates and executes company policies and procedures, streamlines processes, and identifies ways to increase the overall efficiency of the company.

Jill provides leadership and direction for the company’s financial planning, budget management, financial forecasts, and investment opportunities.

Jill directs the daily operations of the accounting department in order to ensure generally accepted accounting principles and accurate reporting in compliance with federal and state regulations. She also promotes the growth and development of the staff.

Her extensive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost-control principles allow Jill to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports and projections, and integrate ideas that increase the overall productivity and profitability of Champion Electric Inc.
