Jill Rowden plays an integral role in Champion Electric’s operations and overall success. As Controller and CFO, she ensures the company can fully leverage its financial strength and stability through accurate, timely, and transparent reporting.

She is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financials to guide decisions, while also developing and overseeing the processes that keep billings, payables, and collections efficient and reliable. Jill also ensures that every team member is paid correctly and on time, reinforcing trust and consistency across the organization.

Beyond her financial leadership, Jill plays a key role in holding the office functions to a high standard while fostering a positive and productive working culture. She is dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the company, ensuring that Champion’s future remains strong and well-prepared.
