Champion Electric is a vision of Glenn and Cynthia Rowden that was established in 1991. As Riverside natives it has been their goal to focus their efforts in the Inland Empire. Champion’s institutional construction division has brought “new light” to students, teachers and administrators in schools throughout the region. In addition to their school work, Champion Electric operates an industrial, commercial and residential service department through referrals and repeat customers. Champion Electric’s “Believers in Excellence” motto is not just words on the letterhead, but words we live by.

Our people are what make us a great company. Our growth has always been a result of finding good people, seeing the value they add and then finding the work to keep them busy. We are continuously training, teaching and motivating our people to learn new skills, techniques and challenge themselves to improve.

Like many businesses, Champion Electric started out of a home office. In recent years we have grown to include more than 80 full time employees and are now located in a 20,000 square foot office and warehouse facility.

We excel in customer service because we do what we say we will do. We are skilled at all areas of electrical construction from installing a new outlet or recessed lighting in your existing home or office building, repairing your machinery at your plant or constructing your new school from the ground up.

Champion Electric and American Electric Supply have been business partners for the last 14 years. Over this period of time American Electric Supply has supplied material for numerous projects throughout the Inland Empire.
